The Church served the Parish of Waldershare and the Waldershare Park Estate until 1980 when it was declared redundant. The Church remains consecrated and is used occasionally for worship during the year. The next service is on the 21st Sept 2008. In 2002 the Church was brought under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust, who are maintaining the building.

The nave and chancel date back to Norman times, although most of the woodwork and decorations date back to Victorian times. The chapels were built in 1697 (South Chapel) and 1712 (North Chapel). The oldest part of the Church is the Norman window in the South Wall.  Restoration work was carried out in 1885 and the Church extended to the west.

Outside in the North West corner of the churchyard, is a railed area which contains the burial plots for the Earl of Guildford and the North Family.

The Church is open daily for visitors, please sign the visitors book if you make a visit.
